Your information

Enquiry privacy information

How this website handles the information you submit.

Information submitted to the Forum

The contact and membership enquiry forms collect the details you provide, including your name, email, optional phone number and message. Membership registration additionally collects the personal, family, next-of-kin, education, ministry, declaration, referral and payment information requested on the official registration form, together with the applicable church documents and passport photographs.

These details are stored as private enquiry records in this website’s WordPress administration area, available to authorised administrators, so the Forum can review and respond to your enquiry. Registration documents are stored privately with the application and are accessible only to authorised administrators. They are not published in the public Media Library. You may contact the Forum to request correction or deletion; permanently deleting the application removes its stored documents. Submitting the registration creates a private Pastor Portal login and church workspace using the registration email and the password chosen on the form. It does not confirm Forum membership or payment.

Please do not include payment card details or documents beyond those requested. Obtain permission before submitting another person’s details or photographs. To ask about your enquiry or request deletion, contact the Forum through its contact page.

Pastor’s Portal records

Submitting membership registration creates a Pastor Portal account and stores your name, email address, securely hashed account password and church profile in this WordPress installation. The plain-text password is not stored in the registration record. Your church workspace may contain member contact details, membership status, service and attendance counts, income and expense records, pastoral-care notes and subscription renewal information.

Each minister can access only the workspace linked to their account. Authorised site administrators and the hosting/database provider can access stored information for administration and support. Renewal receipts are stored privately, without public Media Library URLs, and are available to authorised administrators for bank-transfer verification.

Only record information you are authorised to hold, obtain appropriate permission before adding another person’s details, and avoid unnecessary sensitive information in care notes. You can correct or delete your church records in the portal and export records as CSV. Expired subscriptions retain read and export access; contact the Forum for account removal, access issues or records requiring administrative correction.

The portal records an activity history of changes without copying the full record into that history. Account sessions and sign-in protection use cookies, and a local browser preference remembers your selected light or dark display mode. Password-reset emails use the website’s configured mail service. Subscription transfers require manual verification; no payment-card details are collected. Deactivating the plugin does not erase church records or backups. Contact the Forum to discuss retention and deletion.

Business profiles and Marketplace listings

Business Profile Settings stores your name, hand work or skill, location, work availability, business contact details, profile photo and work images in this WordPress installation. These details are separate from your login and church contact details.

Your profile is private by default. If you switch on “Publish my profile in the Marketplace” and save, your full name, skill, location, availability, business email, business phone number, profile photo and selected work images become publicly visible on the Forum Marketplace page so visitors can contact you by phone or email. Switching the listing off removes it from the public directory, although authorised site administrators and hosting or backup providers may still have access to stored records.

Only upload images you have permission to publish. You can edit your public details, remove work images or turn the Marketplace listing off at any time from Portal → Settings.
